This page is a template, not legal advice. It describes the closed beta of TRAID JIM.

What we collect and why

Account data: name, email, and a password hash, so you can sign in. Journal data you choose to enter: accounts, trades, fills, playbooks, daily report cards, notes, screenshots, YouTube links, Momentum cycles, and feedback. Jim chat messages and a short memory profile, so the coach can continue a conversation. Invite and password-reset tokens are stored as hashes.

We use this data to run the journal, show your stats, let Jim coach you, and support the beta. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Processors

• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Turso — hosts the database when the production database is enabled.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores screenshots and uploaded CSV samples when object storage is enabled.
• The AI provider you choose (for example Groq or OpenRouter) — receives the prompt and journal facts only if you save your own API key. We do not hold a shared model key.

How long we keep it

We keep your journal while your account exists. You can download a JSON export in Settings and delete the account there. Deletion removes your rows and stored screenshots. Backups may linger for a short operational window. Password-reset links expire after 24 hours. Invites expire after 7 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email legal@traidjim.app. You can also export and delete from Settings without waiting for us.

Cookies

The only HTTP cookie is tj_session. It is strictly necessary: it keeps you signed in (httpOnly, about 30 days, or 8 hours on the demo). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so this notice does not ask for optional consent.

This browser also stores preferences in localStorage, which is not a cookie: the dashboard account filter, the CSV timezone, whether Jim nudges are on, whether you dismissed this notice, and demo onboarding progress. Clearing site data signs you out and resets those preferences.
