These terms are a plain-language template for a closed beta. They are not legal advice. Have them reviewed before you rely on them. By creating an account you agree to this version.

TRAID JIM is provided “as is” and “as available” during beta. Features can change, break, or be removed. We do not promise uptime, accuracy of statistics, or that Jim’s answers are correct.

You are responsible for your account, your password, and the trading data you enter. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to store. You keep ownership of your journal. You give [Operator legal name] permission to host, back up, and review that data to operate the service, fix bugs, and respond to feedback.

The operator may collect and inspect account data, including trades, report cards, chat with Jim, and feedback, for support, safety, and improving the beta. See the Privacy page.

To the fullest extent allowed by the Czech Republic, [Operator legal name] is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update the terms by publishing a new version; you will be asked to accept it again.
